i did already but they dont answer..

i worte a good message with Pictures and all Infos, but nobody answers..

If you submitted a report in-game, no answer will be forthcoming, as indicated on the Bug Report window.

If you ‘Submit(ted) a Ticket’ through the Support (link above/below) web-form, check your email junk/spam folders for the near-immediate automated reply.
