Recently got a suspension for a character name and I believe ANET was nice enough to take it off before 72 hours, and I changed it into a more suitable name. However, I got another suspension because of an offensive name again. I’m sure it’s for another character. I agree, couple of the name(s) were immature and violate policy (which I failed to read before hand). But my main concern is how many times will I be suspended? I’ve already submitted a ticket but came to the forums to possibly get some insight if there is a way to change all the name(s) that are in violation.

If you have any names that you feel break TOS, you can self report. Contact support and tell them the names and ask to be allowed to change them. Don’t play those characters until the names are either changed or support says they are ok and they wont be reported by other players and you won’t get another suspension.

When you started playing the game you agreed to not make inappropiate names. As far as I know everytime one of your characters get ‘caught’ you get a punishment and a free name change (normally these cost 800 gems, wich equals almost 27 gold atm).

However you leave your account with an increasing number of account marks and increasing suspensions.

There is no way to get all your names changed for free. You can either wait till suspended and get a free name change for each or do the decent thing to stop breaking the ToS right now. To do the last you have two options.

a: buy a name change contract for each of the characters
b: delete the characters

Name change isn’t a free thing and you did break the TOS. If you go on the route of getting a suspension for each inapropiate names to get free name-changes; Well I guess you are likely now on a 72 hour ban?

The one after that 1 month
the one after that ???? (i think this is the lifefetime allready, but im not sure)
Also keep in mind that this is just past experience on this forum.

You shouldn’t break the rules and you can delete the characters to get different names. all but soulbound valuables could go into the bank.

So my advise: delete all characters that might be bad. you get a headstart through the items in the bank and more important you have something to do in a wonderfull game :P. If one or more characters are too close to your heart you can always get a name change contract for 26 gold.

Thanks! yeah I should’ve read around before posting. I had no idea you could change your name after creating with gems. Probably would’ve done it because I was worried after the initial suspension but rationalized that anet would’ve prompted me for other character names if they were bad lol (being in the same account). Once I figure out which character it is this time, I’ll probably self report the other to make sure it’s okay and pay to change the name if it’s deemed inappropriate. Thank you again!
