Guild Wars 2

So I just purchased this game as a digital download…..I just upgraded my graphics card and my power supply, and all is up to date. Why is this not installing. It downloaded and it says it was installing but then it just goes off the screen and does nothing more. Getting rather frustrated since I just spent $70 on a game that is NOT working. And I know that my system meets all the requirements if not more than the minimum requirements. Can someone please help me!!??

Can’t anyone help me? Or do I have to take it in for someone else to actually help me?

Just a guess but you may have a bad download, tried downloading it again?
