why do i keep getting email to authorize log in ip, this is annoying,

You may have a dynamic IP address, which means it will take some time for the entire range to be ‘remembered’, as long as you are choosing the option to remember each address.

The authorization eventually learns the range, and will stop sending the emails. Or, you can use Mobile Authorization, which works similarly, but without the emails, of course.
