Hey guys, I’m just wondering because once I use to be able to play 60v60 battles on all high settings a few months back and on the game it’s self when I press auto detect settings everything goes to high settings, yet I struggle to play large WvW games on low/mid settings

GeForce MSI 760 gaming edition
AMD fx-6350 (overclocked)
6GB RAM

Surely this is enough to play mid settings atleast ?
Any way I can check the computer is working at its best?

Your CPU is by far your issue AMD processors don’t have the single threaded power to run this game well all through even a 4670k at 4.4Ghz still get huge drops in FPA. In. A zerg but no were near as bad as even a fx 8350 would

Well cpu is the limitin factor as said above but it’s the way game handles things, not because your cpu is bad or not enough. Coding is just plain bull crap. Try tuning the culling settings it might increase the lowest fps. Other than that there isnt really too much for you to do to increase its performance.

It all depends if you can accept low fps (<20) while in the midst of a zerg on zerg battle. If you can, then yes. If you can’t, then no. WvW zerg combat is one of the most stressful parts of this game on a system and it’s all on the CPU as the reason for poor framerates.
