Hello,
before 3 years I bought GW2, but then I asked anet to deactivated my acc. Before a few days I bought GW2 again and created new acc, I wanted use my old nickname for my new character, but my nick is used. What doest it mean? My original acc isnt deleted and character is still alive? Coud you check it please and eventually reactivate my original acc and my new acc delete?

First – remove your email addresses from the post!!!

Secondly, you can only re-activate an old account if you’ve not had a refund. So, if it’s from a permanent ban or something, you can check with ArenaNet Customer Service by submitting a ticket via clicking ‘Support’ at the top of this page.

You will have to prove ownership of the account first of all though, if you’re allowed the account back.
