legacy armour
The Deluxe, when you bought it, did not have the Legacy armor and when in August 2013 the new version of the Deluxe was released, people who bought the old version a year ago did not receive the armor as that is not what they bought and paid for back then.

This is what you bought and got. The deluxe was changed a year later but any changes were not what you paid for so you didn’t get them.

Legacy armor is a bonus item those who purchase the Heroic Edition of the game receive, whether it be Standard or Digital Deluxe. There is no grandfathering of previous editions for this bonus. If you would like a set of the Armor, you can purchase it from the Gem Store, as it has been available since launch. You can also purchase Boosters in the Gem Store, and you can purchase an 18-slot Bag/Box from the Trading Post. You can buy all these items using in-game Gold, or exchange Gold for Gems, or you can purchase Gems for cash and use them to buy the items or exchange said Gems for Gold.

i figured this was the answer i would get and im fine with it. i just wanted to make sure i wasnt missing anything. so all the items for heroic that im lacking i can in gem store?
The armor you can, as well as various boosters. You can get a better 20 slot container if you exchange 3000 candy corn for 3 corn cobs with the Halloween merchant NPC. The candy corn is easy to get if you kill mobs in the Mad King’s Labyrinth, which is available to play in until the update this coming Tuesday.
