Looks that way. Also looks like they’re shift ended about 2 hours ago.

It’s gonna take a long long long long time before they’ll be able to fix this ( probably 1 or maybe even 2 months; hacks/log-in issues/bugs)… We have no other option but to wait infuriated as our money is spent on an unusable product… You can try getting a refund but you’re most likely gonna get that refund AFTER everything is over wherein you might ask yourself if it’s really that worth it to refund now that everything’s finally properly working (also only applicable for digital downloads I think).

After the Diablo 3 hackings I don’t think Blizzard has anything to to laugh about.

While I feel there was a lot of stupidity and lying going on in the D3 Forums, I fail to see why you would say something like this based on current and past events.

Your statement is rather pathetic and petty to have even bothered posting.

ArenaNet is backlogged due to GW2 demand. They’ve literally stop digital downloads to keep up. The fact they have stopped taking in revenue to try and catch up with the backlog tells you something.

A warrior, a guardian, and an elementalist walk into an open field…
The Warrior turns to the guardian and says, “Did you hear something?”
Guardian replies, “No, but how’d the elementalist die?”

the difference is when you get hacked (iv been hacked on WoW) i got my stuff back and got in contact with a GM in a matter of hours, compared to not a single reply to a ticket or any kind of customer support in 4 days and counting. Now i am by far not a Blizzard fanboy or anything like that. its been months since i have played any Blizzard games and bought this game because it was something new and it looked really promissing but now after all of this and the lack of security/customer support ill think 5 times before i spend more of my $$$ on this game….and if you dont like my statements or what i have to say then go somewhere els and dont post here have a nice day

Cause no1 at ArenaNet drinks coffee.
