I already did that 2 days ago, still no reply…
It’s also the weekend. I don’t think they work on the weekends typically.
If you posted it late on Friday, they had already gone home for the weekend. There may not be a reply until Monday. And just because no reply is given, doesn’t mean that no one is looking into it and making sure it’s not been skipped over.

yes but she submitted the ticket almost 7 days ago, its also a bit ridiculous that I have to post on the forums for a support ticket, for them to check it? Most people don’t post on the forums so I’m sure they don’t even know about that thread.
I just don’t understand why its taking 7 days to respond is that normal?
Thousands, perhaps, tens of thousands, of support request tickets are streaming into CS each day at this time, and thus, responses are a bit delayed.
It does not speed up the process to post outside the dedicated thread. Each ticket is seen to in the order received, and then processed as need be.

well I guess, just ridiculous that the support is so slow, and then u have to post in the forum that your ticket is still not addressed, which that requires someone else who does have access to their account to make the post in the first place, all so that they can check the status of ur ticket.
I guess its a lesson that you really don’t want to mess up transferring authenticators/getting hacked or any other issue that requires support because the customer service is so unbelievably slow compared to other games that have support.
It is fair to be unhappy with support response time, however there is a limited number of support staff and they can only do so much at a time.
