Core i5-3570K (3.4G,L3:6M,iGPU,4C,77W,rev.E1) with a decent aftermarket cooler, then overclock it to 4.5Ghz, then your good to go.

i7 3770k@4.8Ghz / AIR
GTX 6GB Titan@1160Mhz

Keep in mind “good to go” means, u might get 30-45 frames instead of 20-30

20-30 FPS then you are lucky…I get 30-40 in PvE…When I’m in a large WvW battle I often drop to the 5 FPS range (not exaggerating). Part of this is my problem, I have an i7-930, 6GB RAM and 2 GTX 460’s in SLI BUT I also do 5760×1200 resolution triple monitor gaming. Even still, to drop to single digits when PvE runs great is telling.

If you go Ivybridge i5/i7, the highest air cooled overclock you ‘likely’ to get is 4.5ghz, depending on which cpu you go for some can only go to 4.3ghz.
If you want an easier 4.5ghz OC or want to go higher then you will need to go Sandybridge which tend to be a tad more expensive. (i5 2500k or i7 2600k)

Also note clock for clock ivybridge are ever so slightly faster BUT sandybridge can reach higher OC’s so at the top end Sandybridge are faster.

With a 4.5ghz to 5ghz i5 or i7 you shouldnt have any problems in the cpu department. You just need to make sure your GPU’s can keep up.
