Guild Wars 2

so i was just wondering about my fps, i’m getting ~40fps in an empty zone and 20 fps in wvw just standing there

my cpu is a Q8300 at stock clocks, i’m assuming that my problem is that but is there any settings i can turn off/on to still give me an alright looking game but get some performance increase?

i haven’t had time to get into any semi-large scraps in wvw but if i’m only getting 20 fps while standing at a keep then i dread to think what it’s like with 20 people on screen!

Disable Windows Aero, Set GW2 priority to high.

trun reflections off, turn shadows off.
Try a small OC on the cpu if u can.

Disable unneed processes using msconfig.

Otherwise its a new CPU/computer bassicaly.
