Guild Wars 2

iv checked all my characters wardrobe bank and cant find my mad king outfit since the wardrobe feature patch. from memory i never removed it off my engineer. dose anyone know if i can get another without paying gems the next hallowen event ty for reading this is my first post so if i have made any mistakes sorry.
