Guild Wars 2

I be moving alone and next thing i know i port across the map dead. some times i see my life just empty like a mob is hitting me but nothing around. i never had this problem until yesterday and the only thing that changed was updates to the game i thought it was lag but my connection is strong. I hit 1 to open an attack and it just blinks and my toon just stands there this leads to a D/c normally
