let me just start off this post by saying i am unsure if this is the right thread or not and i apologize in advance if it is the wrong thread

with that being said… with the last beta weekend my character had reached over 10,500ap (achievement points) and at the time i did not realize. is this a mistake? my beta characters never went above 10,500 but my main characters did. i had asked around my guild as well as map chat to see if anyone else had experienced this problem and it appeared that no one had. (atleast in that map and my guild) so i checked all my characters including my beta characters and did not find any achievement chests so i decided to wait a while to see if the problem would be resolved before i went and made a post on the forums but i still have not received my achievement chest (sad face :/) now it’s not a huge deal but i was just wondering if it were possible for me to somehow get the chest? if not oh well not a huge deal

Remember, any APs, loot, items, etc. earned by your Beta characters will not transfer over to your live account.

Check your AP total on your live account, and see if it has surpassed 10,500. If so, you can contact the CS Team for assistance. If not, you will have to wait until your live account earns enough points.

If you’ve received the chest before on your live account, you will not receive it again. Some people for example got the HoM achievements without actually earning them, which were removed. If you receive the chest because of that, you will not get it again. If something like that hasn’t happened to you however, then you’ll need to contact support.

Inculpatus, it’s my live account that passed the 10,500 ap that’s why i was confused as to why i haven’t received the chest.
Healix, i never got the chest at all. :/ And if i had gotten the AP from the HoM achievements bug (never did those achievements) would the AP from them still be on my account or would the AP from them be removed once the bug was patched?
