Guild Wars 2

when i login just now, i can’t access my account, my password is rejected.
i pick recover password, then reset it thru my email.
then i can login into my account
but all my items, gold, and token was gone, along with naked characters

for the info, i never use my password in other website at all
i never buy illegal gold
and i’ve reinforced my email security <tho not indication my email is compromise, since the password is different>
i always play in my home
and i already submit a ticket

please help me recover my account, since i just got my 1st legendary
