already sent 2 tickets for the support and look forward response since then, I wondered why I was suspended? hackers programs I do not use, do not use bots, not bought nor sold gold or items for real money, was playing normally and nothing was disconnected and got this unpleasant news, please’d like an explanation for this and a time for my return.

Why would you send two tickets ? You are basically taking up two supports for one issue.

One of the most common issue is people buy key off unauthorized site, where did you get your key from ?

Zaken is right, if you make 2 tickets its slowing down the progress for you and other players like posted in this tread
So if you have multiple tickes it better i think to close one, and put your focus on the other.

Please stay in touch with the support and have a look at this thread: How to submit a ticket. If the required information are missing, update one of the two tickets you have sent.

Then close the duplicate one. Like Zaken and Calico said, creating multiple tickets delays your response.

The thead is now locked, thanks for you help.
