sorry if i posted this too late, aside from this account, i bought another 2 accounts for my 2 brothers about over a month ago, the 1st account was fine, but after buying the 2nd account for my brother, his display name overwrite my own(zatoichi) account, my own display name only shows at character select screen when i change it to invisible or away etc, but when i start to play, my display name becomes my brother’s display name(jajamon). even here at forums, his display name is showing,not my own. i know my own account, all the characters are there, no problem at all, what i just want is my old display name shows in game/forums, thanks for the reply in advance

I already did and they can’t really help me. So they sent me to this forum.

i can’t find their answer from their support’s FAQ,do we really need to file a ticket? or its their account/game bug? hope they fix this.. thanks in advance

They really need to have a ticket to resolve this.

Mouby: I truly think your problem is different. Whenever support sent you to this forum, they do so cause it isnt something messed up with your account, but something you can do or understand or mis-understood. It is the polite way of saying learn to play.

I’ve tried reading your post here 3-4 times and I can’t make heads or tails out of it.
What do you mean with new and old name? what dit you do to get a new and a old name?? Why do you have yourself in the friendslist??

Please try to explain again your problem and from a to z and include the reaction of the support specialist that handled your ticket.
