Guild Wars 2

Hello tyrians ,
as im taking a break from gw2, i was thinking of buying the Blade&Soul Master pack but its unclear to me if my gw2 account can be used as the ncsoft account to make the purchase on. On the NCsoft site gw2 is listed as one of their games, yet im unable to use my gw2acc to log for Blade&Soul..

Any senpai who could provide me with the wisdom i lack ?;p

ANet has their own account management for GW2, its not connected in any way
to the NCSoft master account.

But Ncsoft still retains partial ownership of the game or something ?
considering gw1 was theirs in the past ( i think )
