Is there ever a time when tickets are not in high volume? People want support all the time, especially during holidays. Would be interesting to see stats on this.

Yes, most of the time there is not high volume. Otherwise, there would not be the occasional announcement that support is running at 7 days, instead of the normal 3 days.

(You could easily see the volume of tickets daily/weekly when the ‘Tickets for Review’ Sticky was available. High volume periods see more than 10,000/day.)
