There is no way. All you would have received is generic responses anyway.
just received the generic response to say they have received the ticket.
we sent 2, one from my email to get my password reset and one from another email to get the other password reset.
mine came through after 20 minutes.
the other one seems to be stuck somewhere.
and we cannot remember the serial code to the game.

all sorted now, they got back to us for the other account
