the hacker hack my email to gain access to GW2 account…i am sorry to say its GW fault…bacause the hacker still trying to burge in to my email DAILLY from US,china,even japan ip…..did change new pass for email and add aunticater for email and GW2 account….hope they give up soon….and still waiting for arenanet to do a rollback..its 2nd day…

If it was ANet’s fault, there would be a flood of hacked accounts, thousands of them daily. Just because you were hacked doesn’t mean it was through them. You need to look for the holes in your own security, not looking to blame others.

If they hacked your email then its not Anet’s fault.
