after spending about 15 hours farming and leveling he just got kicked off in the middle of a heart quest we were doing…
he was kicked i think he said due to “unacceptable behavior”…also this has happened to my guild leader more than once…
what is the next step he should take and why in a game that takes 250 of some items to make some items is it so easy to get flagged as a bot and other times bots i report are there botting away weeks later.
kind of annoying.
but bots are equally annoying

In cases like that, he should write a support ticket. Nothing else works. If that has been unanswered for 3 days, you might take the ticket number and some small information in the sticky thread for reviews of all tickets older than 3 days.
