Ever since it tried updating the patch this morning, it locks up, won’t go any farther,
and now it won’t even come up at ALL, I can’t even uninstall the game to reinstall it, it 100% locks up and nothing works, i can’t play the game, can’t load it, can’t even REMOVE IT – your program has locked up my computer in regards to GW2 and now I can’t play the game, can’t uninstall it, can’t do anything.

ps – i just spent $50 on gems. Thanks for taking my money, then destroying my ability to play the game. It’s so reassuring to see that you are happy to take the money, then cut the game out from under me. I consider it theft. I’m going to cancel the order on the credit card, tell them I’ve been frauded. As I have.

Others are having this issue. They did not intentionally put it in game and block others access to the game because you bought gems in an attempt to rob you. That whole idea is just silly.

No, it’s not silly. They cannot fix it. It’s so messed up the game won’t even launch ON THIS END, it’s so destroyed by whatever they did. How can they fix it when it’s messed up on my computer and I can’t even uninstall it? They can’t fix that; whatever coding went wrong when they messed up the patch it even made the game unaccessible HERE.
I paid $50 for gems, then their patch ruined the game on my machine as well as on their end, with no way to fix it. Translation? Robbed. Even though unintentional,
they took my $50 and made the game unplayable, ever. Intent is irrelevant; the end result is what counts. they have my cash, I have no way to play the game now, due to THEIR error. They owe me a refund.

if nothing works delete the game folder, files in my documents and temp files. Then reinstall.
