I tried to buy some gems today with the currency exchange, i payed about 3g11s so i could refill my gems back to 2k after i bought some mystic forge runes(450gems).
but now i’m at 1k6 gems, so i only got 50??
i checked my buy orders from the gem store to be sure that i didn’t buy multiple.
so now my question is: where are my 400 extra gems? or atleast refund my 3g.

Submit there, one of the drop down will either be Microtransactions, or Billing → Microtransations/payments, IIRC.
