ping keeps fluctuating
if you’re telling me to contact my ISP thats not gonna do much considering they cant do anything about it. GW2 is the only game i have this issue with so its more on anets fault then me.Also multiple people are having this issue so its not isolated incident.This is most likely caused by the last patch which anet is gonna have to fix.
Well I just checked the server and it’s fine. So it could be a specific server IP. Or it’s some issues with the patch and your computer. There are currently issues with level3 in Dallas that started around the time of the patch, but has nothing to do with Anet.
If you want to prove its Anet you need To show packet loss from their server.

Yes if you read those threads most have taken my advice and have found its level 3.
You don’t understand how internet works. My thread linked explains that. I can’t have a good connection while you have a bad connection to the same server. My good connection means that your ISP or the route your ISP takes to get to Anets servers is having issues.
It is not Anet, there is no proof to show that. Unless you can present some you can’t change anything.

say what you want, but the facts state that everything was fine pre patch then right after people started having issues with there ping meaning that its the patch that is causing these issues with people connection.how are we suppose to fix something anet messed up?
It’s just as likely that level3 in Dallas started having issues at the time of the patch. The only difference is I have proof to show that and you offer none to show its Anet’s servers. Anyway unless you read the linked thread above and run a ping plotter test and post your results to offer actual proof you won’t get anywhere.

you keep saying its dallas when i dont even live in dallas, and for one not all servers are located at the same place. there are na servers then there are eu servers ,so how do you even know the info you claim is proof is 100% right?because you use some 3rd party program you think you have all the facts please.

I’m sorry you are unwilling to educate yourself on the subject. Ignorance is fine but refusing to educate yourself when someone is providing the information, then complaining….. I can’t help you with that. So good day to you.
Because that program shows the path your connection takes from your computer to Anet’s server. Because that program will show which node is having issues and how bad.
Because it shows you exactly how the internet works.
If you don’t want help, then fine. But at this point, you were told what you need to do to prove it it really is at Anet’s server.
Oh, and most of the posts you are talking about complaining of the same issue, a lot of them (I think I remember 3 posts where it was an Anet issue) showed it was either the person’s ISP or a node in between.
for the hell of it lets just say it is my isp its not like they can do much if i did contact them like andraus said in the post you will likely get a runaround.So in the end there is not much i can do anyways
Your internet service provider (ISP) have their ISP’s and so on down the line. Each has a vested interest in serving their clients.So to say that theirs nothing you can do is incorrect.You need to understand that the infrastructure of the internet is very complex and takes time to locate and repair problems when they occur.Their are many tools on the internet available to you so that you can give accurate information to your provider.Then they can inform their providers of the problem and so on down the line. Freaking out helps no one.
