all problems in title, and everything else is working perfectly on my internet, this has never happened to me before please help me fix this asap. very frustrating.

says unable to connect to game client

Just got kicked also. I was eventually able to log back in after many tries and a long wait on the load screen. Then when I did get back on, game wasn’t working properly. Forums seem to be affected also. (very slow if you can get logged on).

Comcast in Northeast,USA. The forums seem to be much slower loading also. Not able to log into game.

keep posting on here with ur problems guys, this needs to be fixed!!

You need to type /ip in the game.

Take that number and download ping plotter. Put that number in ping plotter. It will show us if it’s Anet or something else. Anet won’t do anything without this evidence.

Same here, was finally able to log on to a character and everything was super laggy. Then I was booted again.

FYI, this is on Anets end. Central ON with Bell here, numerous others having issues everywhere.

Oh ya same here, was on and got kicked and it attempted to log me back in. Error came up was unable to send report sorry GW it wouldn’t allow me to. This sucks it was my 1st time trying Adventure Box Down detector already has like 40 reports on this hopefully it will be fixed soon. This website also seems to be lagging bad.

Seems like it might have fixed itself for me as of a few moments ago. I might be speaking too soon though we’ll see.

Not just USA it seems. Canada here, Bell Fibe (sorta like a better Google Fiber). Rest of my net is super fast. and connection to the net itself is maxed at 1gbps from my PC-Internet. It’s like A Net is getting DDoS or some Accidental DoS from too much data causing lag. Maybe a server memory leak? They really need to fix it if either, or kitten could get real.

If you can’t login just use: ncsoft.com
Just put that in ping plotter. Right now I don’t see any issues with the servers. However I have some latency issues with some telia.net hops out of the NE US

I just got back on, seems ok now for me.
