please halp me out
well guess this is the end..a bit disappointed by the support..I am an italian player, always logged on IT locations, how can u give access to a TW one if he pretend to be me, seriously? asking to change e mail and got same ol automated mail with no instructions to how to do it..also, autenticator, just useless, never asked me anything..
Did you contact support by making a ticket. If not, go to the support tab at the top of the page then go to “ask a question” and fill out a ticket. Anything you don’t know, put down unknown in that spot. They should be able to help with security questions.
As for help in this thread, It’s also late at night in the US. The ANet staff has gone home. Try waiting till tomorrow. Someone may be able to help you then. Or a forum poster might be still up. I’m afraid I don’t know enough about computers to help.
You might consider making a thread in a different forum. Perhaps the Players helping players forum. Someone there might be able to help.

the thing is that i dont even know if tomorrow i will be able to login anymore with this account..
Even if you can’t log in here you can still contact support. And you can talk to them thru the email they will send you.
Have you changed the password to your email account(s). If the hacker has access to your email, he can see all the communications with Support or email authentications. Have you run specific anti-keylogger software? C-Net seems to have a good free one. Mostly, you need to work with CS to get your computer secured. Good luck.

I agree. Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you. For tips on what information to provide in a ticket — mostly intended for security reasons to establish that you own the account — please read this post and provide as many suggested details as possible to expedite the ticket.
