im really getting annoying by this i bought the game 2 days ago i had so much trouble to get the game going never had such problems with any game before i couldnt used my password until i reset it 3 by sending mails because i didnt have any chercter name i could use to reset my password now after i login once to the game and creatd one,every time that i want to login i need to reset my password to a new one cuz my old one dont working…..im having a single time password i sent something like 10 mails to support and i dont think any1 really reading the mails there im just keep getting mails back with links to reset my password……

Ok, it sounds like you are entering your in password correctly but it’s always best to ask.
You are typing in the email and password? Sometimes people try to log on using account name (DrMinx) and password and this makes it fail.

For a second point, don’t send multiple emails. That doesn’t help you. All they do is close them out and it slows them down. Close out all your emails except the first one and update that one whenever you need to say something to them.

Assuming you are typing in the email and password, it sounds like you have the ‘game forgets password’ bug. I have this bug also and it’s very annoying. I had to make a new password twice yesterday and again today just to answer you.

As for them sending you a password reset, that’s part of you sending in multiple emails. From my experience, they send this to you as a first response or something. On your first email, after closing out the others, tell them you have this bug, the game forgets password bug, and type after that, Don’t send me a change password link! (Or words to that effect). Maybe that will stop them from doing it again.

There was a thread about it which you can read about here , but it ended without a answer. You might want to post on that thread if you have that problem.

thank you for the respond…and yes im using my email….i sent them only 2 emails and in one of them i replyd them 4 times that this isnt working and they keep sending me links to reset my password and one time he gave a password he choose…..

Ow. Annoying.

Try updating your ticket with that statement, DONT SEND ME A PASSWORD LINK! And tell them it’s the game forgets password bug.

Unfortunately, I don’t think they know how to fix it yet. Are you using an iPad or tablet of some sort to access the forum? Supposedly there is a bug connected with the iPad IOS that’s doing something. However I didn’t use my iPad for a day, and it still forgot the password that day, and took out the iPad “remember password” feature and it’s still happening.

First, do not send any more tickets. Second, respond to your first ticket and explain your situation again. Include all the other ticket numbers so that they can be merged and the team can help you.

Please use a PC for game activities and forum activities. As mentioned above, there is an issue with using devices other than a PC, and that issue is not on our end so we want to suggest you use your PC for contacts and, obviously, game access.
