Guild Wars 2

Hi,

recently i’ve had this problem alot, when i alt-tab then my windows resolution changes to 800×600 and its so difficult to fix it because sometimes when i bring up task manager then it fixes by itself and sometimes it just stays on a black screen when i try alt-tabbing back into the game. This caused me to alt-f4 the game many times anyone know the cause of this issue and how to fix it?

Is your game resolution set the same as your desktop (native) resolution?

It could also be some program interfering with the game. I don’t have any problems ALT-TABBING GW2. Anyway, see if you can use MSCONFIG to disable unneeded startup programs (Task Manager if you’re using Windows 8 ).

yes it’s the same resolution as my desktop but it’s not happening anymore, as i said it only happens sometimes and i think maybe it has something to do with the refreshrate but im not sure.
