I’m primarily a PVE player and before I move my account from EU to NA I would like to know things like,

Do I need to have my bank empty ?
Do I need to have my mailbox empty ?
what are the limitations ?

any specific information would be appreciated in order to make my transition go without any item / gold loss.

The only requirement for transferring between servers, whether cross-region or not, is the necessary cost in gems.

If you should wish to transfer at no cost, the requirement would be to delete all characters, and place all non-soulbound items in the bank, as the bank transfers with the account.
