questions about account restoration
pls could anyone answer my questions?i would really appreciate it
Put in a support ticket. Assuming a rollback is possible with your account, support should be able to let you know to what day/time the account can be rolled back. Putting in a support ticket is the only way to find out.

yes but the mail didnt even say i didnt qualify for a rollback
it just showed me the steps on how to reset my password

It sounds as if you have not submitted a ticket yet? Go to Support above, then use “Ask a Question” to start that process. Sorry that I didn’t understand earlier.

Respond to the ticket indicating you need no help resetting password, but are interested in finding out if you qualify for account restoration. Did support help you get your account back from the hacker? If not, they will probably need some time to investigate what has been going on with your account, and you may get interim auto-responses while they do.
that seems like a good idea,and yes,the support team helped me get my account back

You respond the same way you spoke to support before…amend your ticket with support asking the new questions. (Open your ticket and type in new questions and send it back to them). Good luck. =)

I wasn’t sure if you had regained access through Account Management (resetting) or of you had been assisted by Support. Now I understand.
If you simply “update your ticket” by sending a response, you can ask about restoration. Please do not make a new ticket; this is part and parcel of the first issue and should be discussed in that email/ticket thread.
