is it possible to get the 10 pristine relics back? I bought a second ascended ring of the same type without knowing it isn’t possible to wear 2 of the same. it had no warnings in the item’s information, nor I thought I needed to ask about it because I’d never thought it will be a problem. having people know it in the hard way isn’t fair, and its frustrating

It does say UNIQUE on the item as well. And on the wiki page (that Anet created) states you can’t wear 2. But you’re welcome to send a message like IC said.

From other reports I’ve seen on this forum (this happens quite often), CS is pretty good about allowing some sort of exchange for another item (but I don’t think they will straight up give you back your Relics).
