hi all
i tried to change my screen resolution in game but i got a black screen and an error called out of range is there anyway i can change the settings without starting the game?

You can try deleting your Local.dat file located typically in

appdata/Guild Wars 2/

or in your Guild Wars 2 folder located in your Documents folder.

Mine is here,though.

F:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\Guild Wars 2

That will reset your saved login info,saved ingame settings(your problem), and saved nicknames on your friends list.
