I recently had to wipe my HD b/c of virus issues and lost all my GW2 screenie’s… is there any way to retrieve any of the more recent ones?

Anything prior to your format and re installation of windows would be deleted.

It might be possible with some HD recovery service/software, but the time/cost of those will probably make you cringe and forget about those lost screenshots.
