is there a way to look up your serial number you used from the game once you have used it during the digital delux account creation?

email acount was all deleted, any way after that?

is it possibable to re send that email to the same email adress?

I would also like to know this. I would like to update my ticket with my serial number but I cant find it anywhere in my inbox or any other sub folder? I probably deleted it after applying it to my account so that THIS wouldnt happen.

Not sure about that. I assumed I could see my GW2 Serial Key in my account somewhere but there is nothing useful at all. I don’t leave game serials lying around aging in an inbox.

I’m having the same problem. I no longer have the email. I figured I would be able to get it from my account (but that info is not accessible) Would it be possible to get a copy of the “receipt” so to speak with our purchase information? I mean in most online retailers you can get additional copies if something happens to the first. Amazon for example.

Im assuming I can give the last four digits of the credit card I used to purchase the game as proof.

I have a similar issue – I bought the game directly from buy.guildwars2.com, I received email with serial code, and some time after registering the game using that code I deleted the email. I just didn’t expect it to be needed any further, since I already used it. But now I read that in cases with compromised accounts we should include that serial number in our tickets, so I got scared if some day my account will be stolen I would be not able to retrieve it witout the number…

I sent a ticket about it few days ago (number 120902-001774) but didn’t receive reply so far.

If you get one please come here and write if Arena.net was able to recover your Serial Number.

I don’t think they will resend the email due to the email account could be hacked and the hacker is trying to gain access to the account.

My friend is going through the same thing. Is there a solution?
