seriosly why is anets customer support page so...

customer support doesent exist iv been trying to find out how to verify my credit card with these ppl cozz iv been buying gems and now it says please verify my identity befor purchaseing more gems like wtf they dont even have a link on the msg were to go to verify they dont even have a contact us link on there website like …. so useless please make a better website other then that game is awesome but get a customer support going!

You’d need to submit a ticket in order to get in contact with them.

Horus, we do have a Customer Support going and they are working for the community. You only need to reach them following this link and sending a ticket (go to Ask a question). They are the ones you should contact each time a new incidence arises.
