Guild Wars 2

I have had the following crash report for the last few days now and im at the end of my patience with it . ive put in loads of error tickets but GW2 support have not been able to sort it as of yet , just hope someone will have an idea on what to do ,,, and yes i have tried to fix the problem with exe repair and ive reinstalled the game 3 times

Think i may have figured it out ,, i just disabled my second monitor in windows then run the game and changed setting to run in windowed mode then re enabled my second monitor …
