I wouldn’t want them to call, as there wouldn’t be much I could do at work for my issue.
But I’ve had one since early release and only get walls of text that have nothing to do with my ticket. I was understanding and patient at first, but with your tickets being bounced around to different GMs who only skim the issue that’s been thoroughly explained constantly and repeatedly, it’s poor customer service.
They need to have a technical support line, as I wouldn’t mind waiting 15-25 minutes in a que line if they were backed up on calls instead of how things are now.

If a moderator can see my ticket from last night I wasn’t kidding about 3pm. I just left the clerks office.
