so I recently purchased gw2{ive never played}as I was setting up my account I misspelled my email and didn’t catch the mistake. I tried to start the game and it says it sent me a verification code or something similar, just one problem it sent to a email that is one letter different than mine. as it seems someone owns said email I cant verify my account. this is a headache I never imagined this type of thing could happen or id have been more careful. can anyone help me? ive submitted a ticket, does anyone know how long it takes to be contacted back if at all. or did I waste my tim and money on this game?

The CS Team allows 72 hours to respond to a ticket. Though, you should receive the automated ‘We received your ticket’ response almost immediately.

If you’ve no reply before the 72 hours, you can update your ticket with more information.
