Guild Wars 2

i have 29 lvl elementalist character. my character is now in gendarran fields. yesterday i log out normally . today i cant log in my character. it is stacking on loading screen. i have waited 30 mins but it is still loading.
what can i do to fix it? anyone with same problem?

dont understand what you mean by stacking on loading screen?..please explain…but it takes me wbout 2/3 minutes for me to get to character select screen and then another 2/3 minutes soemntimes to get into game and some times i get in game and its soooooo laggy its fynny….i then have to teleport and the lag goes away….some times i have to reboot the computer as it wont get into game or charcter select screena nd theres no way to cancel…..if you alt delete to bring up task manager and cancel game from there it can not do it….and shutting down will hang so soft boot it takes

i mean game is locking on loading screen. nevermind i will format my PC and reinstall the game client. i sent the support a few messages but they didnt reply my messages . i sent first message 4 days ago lol . i played world of warcraft 3 years. they replies in 3 hours.

I’ve the same problem … with 2 characters i crashed and after that i’m unable to play with that chars … when i try to play from the selection screen it starts loading but the game never starts … i’ve mailed arenanet 2 days ago but no response at the moment.

I have the same problem.
When I try to play with my main character the game freezes when entering the world.
I have a lvl34 asura ranger and is in Kessex Hills. I was getting to an event when my client crashed, and now every time I try to play with that character the game freezes in the main screen at the beginning when entering the world, although I start to listen to the world sound and music. I have to go to task manager and stop the game from there.
I’ve created another alt to play in the meanwhile, and now it happened the same. I’ve been playing for over one week and besides some random crashes in client I’ve been able to log back into the game. Even now I’ve created a third character and have been able to play with it fine.
I even tried to repair the client, and uninstall and reinstall the client but it didn’t solve the problem.
Already sent a ticket to Anet support but still waiting for a response.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

i though im the only one with this problem.
im trying to log on about 8 hours .

is there anyway to repair my game?
some games have repair tool in game folder.

i repaired my game and this solved my problem.

If you are having problems running Guild Wars 2, the data archive may have become corrupted. Please follow these steps to verify and repair the archive:

1-Locate your Gw2.exe file.
2-Right-click on the file and select Create shortcut.
3-Rename this new shortcut to Guild Wars 2 Repair.
4-Right-click on Guild Wars 2 Repair and select Properties.
5-Locate the Target line and add -repair to the end.
Example: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\gw2.exe” -repair
6-Click OK.

Unfortunatley the repair doesn’t work for me

I did one previously, here is this one, do i need to do another?
