I went to visit family for the weekend, left early friday morning right after finishing my daily (I loged in for like 5 mins to do the craft part cause thats all I had left), come back today and I have 22 hours remaining on a suspension…for what??? How do I get suspended when Im not even here to do anything worth getting suspended?

Fix it…..

update you also just “terminated” a guildies account about 2 mins ago.

That is no reason for a suspension. Usually the small screen gives a hint on the reason for the suspension. If that is not sufficient or not explaining enough for you, you will have to ask support about it.
If it was for a character name, you will be prompted to change it’s name before playing with that character again.

I already submited a suport ticket. There is no information as to why I was suspended. My friend says he was farming in frostgorge and got d/ced and when he came back his account was terminated.

Honestly the odds of them even responding to me before the 22 hour suspention is up is slim to none. But Im still pretty kitten about it.

When you try to enter the game you will be prompted with a gray window, which shows to contact support in red letters. On this window should be at least a small sentence referring to the reason for the lockout. I have seen such screens on this forum.

Nope. It says “violation of terms of service” or w/e. but it doesnt say what I did (when I wasnt even here to do anything)

Why did you get blocked, and why is duder.8096 banned for botting? i play with him like 12 hours a day on teamspeak and such, this is overwhelmingly kitten I am incredibly dissapointed in the system about this….
