Guild Wars 2

There are some days that it is just unplayable. All zones lag terribly, with delays in skills that go up even to 1 minute. It is not a problem of my pc or my connection because other ppl are having this issue, and they all are italian telecom users. Everything else wroks fine, even doing speed tests the connection is normal.
It is something between GW2 and italian telecom connections. Don’t know if this is happening in other countries.

P.S.: when there is this lag you get frequently disconnected as well with the following error code = 7:11:3:189:101
