Try that. I use QoS rather than port forwarding, but you have to verify that these ports are accessible.
You may need to disable antivirus or firewalls on your comp or make exceptions for gw2.
Try these and post back how you go.
so it took me forever to figure out how to port forward my laptop.. lol i was doing it wrong. i didnt create a staic IP.
so i have opened the ports and the loading screens are 1000x faster.. yes 1000.
as for the error. i don’t know yet i just finished
bad news i still got the 7:11.. i will turn off my firewall. if that doesn’t work its not on my end. i downloaded the game and everything in 17min
okay so i turned of my firewall completely. i opened all ports and no matter what i am still getting the 7:11 error!
if a dev or someone could please tell me wtf is going on before i just tell all my friends to not buy this game and drop it all together.
i would like to play for more then 10 minutes.. it happens but rarely
how in the passed like 8-9 months have you not fixed this issue.
if you blame my service you are crazy i played wow just fine for hours, with many other games. i downloaded this game with 5mbs.
Okay, if o are having issues with both gw1 and 2, there is definitely an issue in your Internet setup somewhere. (Not blaming ISP lol)
Pease tell me, are you connected wirelessly or wired right to modem?
