tickets and rollback
I assume you mean you have two problems and two tickets. On the ticket you want to close out type at the top, I no longer need help, and send it off. If it’s one problem and 2 tickets, you might type something like, I am closing this ticket but keeping ticket number (then the ticket number) active.
For the rollback, you can ask for a particular date by putting that request at the top of the active ticket. I don’t know if they will accept that or not. They might have to do the closest date they have records for.
