a friend of mine just bought this game, and when he did his first-time log on, it seems something showed up and told him to change his email address or something like that, then he entered his email and password, it turned out he can no longer log on, so he sent an email to support team, but no reply yet. so he wanna know how to reset his email address and password, what information should be provide

Did he maybe get one of those phishing emails from someone trying to steal his account and he gave the account information to them?

Does he still have that email that asked for this? Maybe you can post it, taking out the links first of course in case it is a phishing email.

Best is to wait for an answer from support. It can be a phising mail or something else. They will help him quickly
