Guild Wars 2

My account was hacked. Both the game and email passwords are changed. When I get the passwords back, my items are all taken. There was a letter said the account was compromised in China. I asked for support. They said that I am unauthorised access in.they don’t restore my items for me.I wonder how they judge it.
Anyone have any idea about it. I need you guys help.

As to what support told you, you said they told you, ‘I am unauthorized access in’. Does that mean they don’t recognize you as the account holder?
