189750 – he go the got unbanned email, but when you try to log in: trial account no longer active.

He has been denied for 3 days of Christmas vacation even though he never should have been banned. Please check it.

Did he update his ticket with this information? CS are the ones that could help. Good luck.

Yes, he updated his ticket right afterwards – since the unbanned email came in, and immediately he could not log in.

He should update his ticket again to let them know it didn’t work. If that also fails, you can post his ticket number  here In the thread for tickets 3 days or older for Gaile to look at.
