i am on trip abroad and play from hotel wifi whenever i can,,,, i tried leaving a support ticket but there i have to put my game serial code and other stuff which i don’t knw by heart and the box is at my home in europe.

thats leaves me only option to create forum topic here

This is a phising mail, notice that it says This message was sent by another player? Don’t fall for it. It’s a scam. Report it and delete it afterwards.

ya i reported it , delete the mail and didn’t click on any link and also chnagedmy account password
