what to do if you suspect..
Probably he sold the account to someone else OR can’t remember you.
You could contact CS with your concerns, but that may or may not have any effect. They usually only correspond with the actual account owner.

It is pretty unlikely that he doesn’t remember me- we have met irl, he used to work with my husband.
If I still had his phone number I would just ask him
An interesting problem. I don’t know I’d Support would prefer to be contacted on a suspicion or not as it is always possible that his account was not hacked and he simply doesn’t wish to speak to you.
Does your husband remember his name? If so can you get his phone number from that? Find a Facebook account and post on that? If that is not possible maybe make out a ticket and report a possible stolen account. This should have happened enough for them to have standard procedures for such a report.
So yes he was just on now again, I know his real name I have been using that in speaking to him, I have also been speaking in our native language.
There is no reason for him to ignore me at all

This may sound rude, but maybe he doesn’t want to talk to you for one reason or another.

If this account was hacked, I’m sure we’ll hear from the account owner. Contacting us because you believe someone else has been hacked isn’t really a prudent use of agent’s time because we would only be able to help the owner directly.
I appreciate your concern; I think it’s very nice of you to want to help but I don’t think submitting a ticket of this nature would be effective.
Thanks for understanding.
