cannot connect please try again(it refreshs) and say can not connect. what happened? i did an pc tune up maybe it deleted files. anyone got an idea what happened before i got kicked out and say connect again before i got an avg tune up

hmm I’m going to guess the AVG update broke the patcher and isn’t letting it connect but that’s just a guess

LOL i updated AVG and im getting the same error…piece of crap. What can be done to fix this..?

Seems alot of people have been having these issues regarding not being able to connect and error messages. I have been unable to connect since they patched besides for spurts here and there. Its honestly stupid.

The most frustrating part is they wont acknowledge the problem or give us any updates. Its understandable since they already have our money right? I bet they are LOLing hard about not having a phone-line to call like any reputable company should.

If I find any info i’ll post here, but thusfar i have found zero fix’s that work. TSW is looking pretty good right neeeeaow

i hate for what avg 2013 did to me! yeah they do have our money i hate being that 1 person out of millons to be tortured.

Its not just you – plenty of people with a wide verity of error codes having the same problem.

will re installing fix this?

you can’t reinstall becuase it requires you to connect and i get this connect eroor with no eroor code not my internet maybe avgs firewall god i hate dumb companys like avg

UPDATE Via Tech support – They are having me download 2 programs that test/log my system and TCP/IP settings. I then email it back to them, and sometime int he next 3-4 years they get back to me with the issue, which is on their side. I’ll jump through hooks for awhile and post updates here with what they end up telling me the “issue” is.

i turened offf my fire wall fixed problem no i can’t go on internet thx to this stuput avg firewall becuase i need it FML and avg you r so mean

holy crap i got it to work……right click AVG in the icon tray bottom right. Disable AVG protection but make sure you also check off the firewall box
